Frequently Asked Questions
If an item arrives damaged, please send photographs of the damage, the box and the packaging it has arrived in within 14 days of delivery. Then I can make you a replacement and send it to you ASAP.
Please note that I use Royal Mail second class service, signed for, for most of my inland shipping. This helps keep the p&p costs low. If you wish to receive your items quicker, please contact me to arrange an alternative, at your extra cost.
P.O. Box Delivery Address
I'm afraid I will no longer deliver to P.O. Box addresses, due to items needing to be signed for. Please ensure you provide an alternative address which as your residential address.
